These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Swipe Shots, operated by Chelodo B.V. ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in The Netherlands. By downloading, accessing, or using Swipe Shots, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Swipe Shots is designed to help you review and manage screenshots stored on your device. You may use the app only for personal and lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the screenshots, images, and other content stored on your device. The app does not transmit or back up your files to external servers; all decisions regarding the deletion or retention of screenshots are your own responsibility.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Swipe Shots, including the app's design, code, and branding, are owned by Chelodo B.V. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our prior written permission.

4. Advertisements

Swipe Shots may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party services. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the actions of advertisers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Swipe Shots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chelodo B.V. shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device malfunction, arising from your use or inability to use Swipe Shots.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Swipe Shots at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the app in a manner that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and on our website. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
